1967: A mod-fuelled year that was but a mere glint in Paul Weller’s eye. It just so happens that it was also the year mod-influenced menswear label Merc London came into being. Forty years later, and the likes of Kaiser Chiefs and Little Barrie are still singing Merc’s praises. And wearing its clobber.
