As an Anglo-Italian, being the grandson of an Italian artisan from Lucca in Tuscany, you might accuse Stefano of being a tad biased when he says " English and Italian cloth and tailors are the best in the world ". However, this is what he truly believes and is the very reason why every Stefano Lucchesi bespoke suit is made using the finest all natural Italian or English milled fabrics, is cut by hand and made in England using traditional Savile Row methods by some of the most skilled and experienced tailors in the country.
We here at Woven share this philosophy especially as bespoke tailoring is a personal business. It's all about you and your personality. It's about dressing your personality. A bespoke suit should complement your personality. Whatever your personality, wearing a bespoke tailored suit should make you feel special, very special indeed.

Appointments can also be made in London at our Savile Row office. The bespoke service consists of a minimum of three visits and takes six to eight weeks to produce.

At your first consultation we discuss your requirements. Selecting from the finest fabrics and linings available from Savile Row Houses, Holland & Sherry, Scabal, Wain Shiell, Dormeuil of Sackville Street and other fine Houses, we discuss style, silhouette, design and detail and all the necessary measurements are taken.

Two weeks later your suit will be ready for your first fitting. This is one of the most important steps of bespoke tailoring to ensure that your garment fits perfectly. We discuss the fitting of the jacket and pin and chalk all the necessary adjustments to achieve the desired silhouette and fit. Back in the cutting room your suit is stripped down, re-cut by hand and sewn back togethet again.
Stefano works with you through the whole process and approximately six weeks later he will deliver your finished bespoke suit and check to ensure that it fits you and your personality perfectly.
